Tools to Grow

Tools to help you grow.

Tools to help you grow. Tools to help you grow.

WE WORK WITH ADULTS WHO HAVE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.

These sessions can encompass a wide range of activities and approaches designed to promote positive mental and physical health.

These sessions can include movement practices like Yoga and somatic movement, relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, and creative activities like arts and crafts, all adapted to suit individual needs and preferences.

We work with organisations and carers to make sure the sessions are inclusive and accessible for the group.

WORKING WITH OLDER RESIDENTS

Well-being sessions for older residents in care settings can  significantly improve their physical and mental health by providing  opportunities for social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity.

These sessions can be tailored to individual needs and preferences, and can include activities such as arts and crafts, gentle exercise, reminiscence therapy, and music.

We work in a group setting or 121-with organisations, care homes and privately.
