Working in Schools & Groups

We have been working in Special needs schools since 2016 facilitating Well-being sessions using movement and yoga, breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques to help:    

  • Create a safe and supportive environment, engaging the pupils and creating a calm space.
  • Teaching well-being strategies for positive mental health.
  • Making reasonable adjustments to avoid disadvantaging children with disabilities.
  • Providing extra support so sessions feel inclusive.
  • Checking in regularly with Teachers to make sure the sessions are engaging everyone.
  • Providing techniques for self-regulation so the pupils have effective coping strategies for anxiety, anger and not being able to focus etc...

We offer a variety of wellness services on a 1-2-1 basis so you or/and your child can receive techniques and strategies tailor made for your needs, this could be for:


  • Interoception and proprioception
  • Self-regulation and emotional intelliengence
  • Fine and gross motor-skills
  • Supporting focus and concentration

Working with Young People & Adults with Learning difficulties and disabilities

We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

The transition from child to young person and then to adult, can be a subtle shift. It is important to be aware of each individuals needs and to make the learning environment inclusive whilst also challenging them to engage and participate.

We work closely with learning assistants, support staff and carers to make sure we are aware of each persons needs.
