We offer a variety of wellness services on a 1-2-1 basis so you or/and your child can receive techniques and strategies tailor made for your needs, this could be for:
1:1 wellbeing sessions for adults with learning difficulties, tailored to meet the unique needs, pace, and preferences of each individual. Sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and sensory-friendly activities that support emotional regulation, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Creating a calm, respectful, and encouraging space, my aim is to empower each person with simple tools they can use in everyday life to feel more grounded, connected, and supported.

We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
The transition from child to young person and then to adult, can be a subtle shift. It is important to be aware of each individuals needs and to make the learning environment inclusive whilst also challenging them to engage and participate.
We work closely with learning assistants, support staff and carers to make sure we are aware of each persons needs.
Our wellbeing sessions for adults with learning difficulties are gentle, inclusive, and tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Using simple, sensory-friendly practices—such as movement, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness—we create a calm, supportive environment that encourages self-expression, emotional regulation, and connection. With a focus on building confidence and supporting mental and physical wellbeing, every session is designed to be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable.
