 Your session is tailored to what you need- this can include:

Baby signing is a way of helping babies communicate before they can speak clearly. We use simple hand signs alongside spoken words to help babies understand and express themselves.

Makaton is a language programme that uses signs, speech, and sometimes symbols. It’s widely used with young children and is ideal for baby signing because it’s simple, visual, and designed to support communication.

 Understanding Hypnobreathing and Hypnobirthing: 

We use relaxation, self-hypnosis, visualization, and breathing techniques to reduce stress, pain, and fear.

Hypnobirthing has been increasingly used and recommended by people in the health profession.


People understand for antibiotics and pills to work they have to take it daily as per the prescribed dosage. I remind clients that if You want this to work, its exactly the same-

A daily dose really helps, how much time you put in can be up to you. But consistency is key.

We can help you with your birth- using techniques like deep breathing, visualization and relaxation to help you feel calmer and more in control.

 The goal is to make labor easier, empower parents with a toolkit of techniques and to help reduce the need for pain relief or  intervention.  

We can help you:

  • Get rid of your anxieties and worries.
  • Shorten labour. Specifically, hypnosis during birth may help shorten the first stage of labour.
  • Lessen the need for interventions.
  • Naturally manage pain.
  • Give you a feeling of control.
  • With techniques for your sleep and relaxation.

You've had your baby but what now?

 Postnatal well-being encompasses both physical and mental health recovery after childbirth. It includes addressing physical recovery from delivery, hormonal shifts, and adjusting to a new routine, while also focusing on mental health. 

We can help you:

  • Get rid of your anxieties and worries.
  • With your mind set, if you have difficulty accepting help from others or asking for help
  • Promote relaxation and well-being.
  • Find your internal GPS if you are feeling lost right now and need to work out what you want during motherhood/parenthood.
  • Practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques to manage stress. 


Be kind to yourself and acknowledge that adjusting to parenthood takes time.
