Makaton is a language programme that uses signs, speech, and sometimes symbols. It’s widely used with young children and is ideal for baby signing because it’s simple, visual, and designed to support communication.

Understanding Hypnobreathing and Hypnobirthing:
We use relaxation, self-hypnosis, visualization, and breathing techniques to reduce stress, pain, and fear.
Hypnobirthing has been increasingly used and recommended by people in the health profession.
People understand for antibiotics and pills to work they have to take it daily as per the prescribed dosage. I remind clients that if You want this to work, its exactly the same-
A daily dose really helps, how much time you put in can be up to you. But consistency is key.
