We deliver inclusive yoga and movement sessions that support physical health, emotional regulation and wellbeing. Our sessions combine yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation to build balance, strength, flexibility and self-awareness.

Since 2016, we’ve been supporting children and adults with special educational needs through tailored well-being sessions. Using movement, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques, we create safe, calm, and inclusive spaces that:

  • Teach practical strategies for self-regulation, focus, and emotional resilience
     
  • Support mental health and positive well-being
     
  • Adapt activities to each individual’s needs, ensuring full participation
     
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, assistants, and carers
     

1:1 Sessions
We offer personalised 1:1 support for children and adults, targeting areas such as interoception, proprioception, motor skills, focus, and emotional intelligence. Sessions are gentle, sensory-friendly, and paced to suit each individual, empowering participants with tools they can use every day to feel grounded, confident, and supported.
